Overview:

Having completed courses LO38, ‘An Introduction To Listening’, and LO39, ‘Removing The Barriers To Listening’, the learner will be motivated to discover how to finally become an effective listener. This course looks in detail at the various skills and behaviours that will enable him or her to do this. As a result, the learner will be both more competent and confident in all situations that require him or her to gather information, seek opinions or reveal attitudes.

Successful completion of this course, in tandem with the other two in the series, will result in an employee with the potential to become a highly effective listener.
